Get support
You can learn on your own, but the NHS website recommends you get support from a Fertility UK practitioner if you want to use fertility awareness as contraception.
You don't know what you don't know. Talking things through with a specialist can make everything easier, as well as more effective.
Before you book, please read Is fertility awareness is right for you?
I offer two support options. Either a single session or an ongoing support package.

Single session - Chart check and/or Q&A
This is for you if you've decided to learn on your own, and want to check that you're on track with using fertility awareness as contraception.
You might also find it helpful if you want to get pregnant.
It includes a 30 minute Zoom call, based on your charts and questions, and a follow-up email.
The price depends on what you can afford. The support is the same for everyone:

- Supporter rate: £45. Thanks for supporting my work.
- Standard rate: £35.
- Concessions £25. Please email me if this price is a barrier.
Ongoing support
This is for you if you're new to using fertility awareness as contraception, and want ongoing support. It includes
- One hour Zoom call for you (and your partner, if they want to join us). This includes a check of your cycle history and any health issues, an interactive run through how fertility awareness works, and practice charts to help you get used to interpreting your data.
- Follow up email support for as long as you need it - checking charts and answering queries. Typically this means between two and six questions and charts but some women need more support, or get in touch years later because they've had a tricky chart which is absolutely fine.
- Kit - charts and guides for you to print (based on Fertility UK materials). You need to buy your own thermometer. Any standard fever thermometer is fine. One decimal point is plenty, at least while you're learning.
- Supporter rate: £125. Thanks for supporting my work.
- Standard rate: £95.
- Concessions: £45. Please email me if this price is a barrier.

What people say...
"Sarah is a fantastic teacher and a wonderful open-minded individual to confide in....I would have found it much more difficult and would have been very hesitant to try this method without Sarah...I feel like the person I used to be." (Maria)
