Hello and welcome to my website!
My name is Sarah Panzetta and I've been a Fertility UK fertility awareness practitioner since 2011, which is when I got fed up of people saying "it doesn't work" and decided to do some proper training.
I learned from a friend and a borrowed book, which worked fine, but my training and experience has made me value more formal support.
Many of the women I see are planning to get pregnant in the next few years and want to both avoid pregnancy for now and check that all seems well.
Others have had a terrible time with other kinds of contraception and fertility awareness is the last option on their list. Or they've used an app and want something more reliable. Or they're just fed up of using condoms all the time.
I love hearing women's stories, checking their charts, and helping them (and their partners) use fertility awareness effectively.
Being able to rely on yourself and your own judgement to work out when you are fertile can be a powerful, liberating and often quite healing thing.
At the same time, I love keeping things as simple as possible and I know fertility awareness is not the right choice for everyone. Your contraception should fit with your life, not the other way round.
To find out more about how I can help visit my support page.

What people say...
"Sarah is a fantastic teacher and a wonderful open-minded individual to confide in....I would have found it much more difficult and would have been very hesitant to try this method without Sarah...I feel like the person I used to be." (Maria)
"Thank you, thank you so much for your wonderful talk and imparting of knowledge. You created such a wonderfully safe space for all questions and fears to come to light." (Wolf Whistled North - feminist group) Read more about people's experience of fertility awareness, and working with me...
