Learn how to use fertility awareness as contraception

Fertility awareness (natural family planning) means using information like your waking temperature and cycle length to work out when you are fertile.

To avoid pregnancy you need to use condoms or other precautions for at least eleven days a month.

The NHS website says fertility awareness can be up to 99% effective if it is followed "consistently and correctly". They also suggest you get support.

It's not rocket science, you can even learn on your own, but it takes more than downloading an app.
