Learn how to use fertility awareness as contraception

Fertility awareness (natural family planning) means using information like your waking temperature and cycle day to work out when you are fertile.

To avoid pregnancy, you use condoms or other precautions during your fertile time, which generally means at least eleven days a month.

The NHS website says fertility awareness can be up to 99% effective as contraception, provided you get support.

It's not rocket science, but it takes more than downloading an app or buying a gadget.
